Booking & Estimates
How much does house cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of your home and how often you need service. Weekly or bi-weekly service generally costs less per visit than monthly or one-time service; larger homes and specialty services cost more. Request a free estimate for a clear, upfront quote.
How do I prepare my home?
You're welcome to leave the cleaning to us. Tidying counters and the sink and picking items up off the floor helps our team reach more surfaces and clean more deeply.
How long does the first cleaning take?
The first clean always takes longest as we bring your home up to maintenance level. Time depends on pets, people, buildup, decor and size. Regular service keeps time and cost down.
What's the difference between a move-out clean and a standard clean?
Move-in/out is for vacant homes and adds the interiors of cabinets and appliances. You can add those tasks to a standard clean (see /cleaning-checklist).
Do your cleaners accept tips?
Never expected, always appreciated. Some clients tip each visit, others at year end. Reviews on Google or Facebook are greatly appreciated too.
During Your Cleaning
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, our teams arrive fully equipped with professional-grade supplies and equipment.
Do I need to be home?
No, only if you'd like to be. Many clients provide a key or entry code. For the first visit, many clients like to be home to show the team around.
Are pets OK at home?
Yes, we love pets. Pets who are comfortable around new people and vacuum noise are welcome at home. We recommend a crate or separate room to help everyone feel comfortable during the visit. If a pet becomes threatening, our team will step outside and contact you before continuing safely.
Is your team insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every team member is trained, background-checked and uniformed, and we are insured.

Let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right at no extra charge.

How often can you clean?
As often as you like: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or occasionally. No contracts; change your schedule as your needs change. Commercial clients can choose during the workday or after hours.

Do you clean offices and commercial spaces?
Yes. Recurring commercial cleaning and janitorial service scheduled around your business hours.
Carpet & Floors
How often should carpets and upholstery be professionally cleaned?
Every 6–12 months, more often with pets or kids.
Do you offer hardwood floor cleaning and refinishing?
Yes. Gentle, effective methods to clean, protect and, when needed, refinish hardwood.
