American Maids & Floor Cleaning Specialist LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit our website, request an estimate, communicate with us or use our cleaning services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, phone number, email address, service address, messages and service preferences. If you choose to receive text messages, we record the consent you provide for service-related or marketing messages separately.
Basic technical data may include your IP address, browser information and pages visited, along with server logs needed to operate and protect the website. We do not add third-party trackers or advertising analytics to this website.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to estimate requests, confirm details, schedule and provide cleaning services, and send service-related communications. Marketing communications are sent only with your consent. We also use limited technical information to maintain website functionality, security and reliability.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers who help run our business, such as CRM, scheduling and messaging platforms, to the extent needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to respond to legal requirements. We do not sell personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages and your consent
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can request an estimate or arrange cleaning without consenting to text messages. Service-related and marketing consent are separate choices, and marketing texts are sent only if you separately opt in. Our text messaging program is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. You may also contact us at (513) 906-9283 or sales@americanmaidsfl.com. See our Terms of Service for full SMS program terms.
Cookies
This website uses only minimal or essential cookies where necessary for website operation and security. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking essential cookies may affect some website functions.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information and limit access to people and service providers who need it for business purposes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We retain information as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Consent and opt-out information may be retained to respect your communication preferences. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or limit its use.
Children under 13
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.
Your choices
Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of communications. We may need to verify your identity before responding and may retain records where required for legal or legitimate business purposes. SMS opt-outs can be made by replying STOP.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The last-updated date above identifies the current version. Please review this page when you have questions about how your information is handled.
