“We've been using American Maids for about 4 years now and have been very happy. The owners are very friendly and care about their customers. They are always on time and take great care of our home.”

“They are professional, effective, efficient, and the best cleaning service in Cincinnati!!”

“Cannot recommend American Maids enough! After hiring a cleaner who did a poor job on a pre-move in clean, we got a recommendation to call Essie and we are so glad we did. She was able to send someone out for a quick but incredibly thorough clean the next morning! We were so impressed with Shadows attention to detail and were grateful for a thorough, prompt, and fairly priced cleaning.”

“Incredible company! Essie was able to get my apartment in last minute while I was out of town. She was so easy to work with and coming home to a clean apartment is the best. GREAT pricing - will recommend her company every chance I get! I have a glass shower which is not the easiest to clean and she has it spotless!”

“Excellent work and communication!”

“They are awesome!! My house really needed a deep clean, and they did such a good job we brought them back to clean the upstairs rooms. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Essie even helped my mom make the best soup ever, gave her great advice. Seeing the finished product after their service was like seeing a brand new home!”

“American Maids did a very thorough job cleaning our home from top to bottom. Essie and Calvin pride themselves in customer service and small business excellence. They have prepared our home for our upcoming showings as we are downsizing. We will most definitely be calling them back in the future. Very easy to work with and just genuinely hardworking, friendly good people.”

“American Maids has been the most consistent and thorough cleaners we have had in Cincinnati. They are also pretty flexible with our schedule demands. To top it off, their rates are comparable to cleaners that do not do nearly as good a job. I definitely recommend them.”

“Essie's team is amazing! They arrived on time and were quick, thorough and so polite. There were so many spots that I didn't even realize needed cleaning. I would recommend American Maids & floor cleaning in a heartbeat!”
